Garrett Peterson is a NASM certified personal trainer and functional movement specialist. He holds notable certifications in DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization), Precision Nutrition (Level 1), and FMS (Functional Movement Systems).
Garrett began his fitness journey in his summer going into 8th grade under the supervision of his father. It didn’t take long for Garrett to form a healthy obsession around striving to enhance his overall performance while becoming a balanced, multi-faceted athlete. After being a three-sport athlete in High School (football, track and baseball), Garrett made the decision to pursue one of his dreams to go and play college football, at Carthage College. Unfortunately, due to a vast history of concussion related head injuries throughout his career, he made the difficult decision to hang up the pads early after his Freshman season.
This unfortunate circumstance brought Garrett to one of the major turning points in his life. He immediately shifted his focus to becoming a Human Performance Coach and tailored his vocation to revolve around the optimization of the mind/body while forming a synergistic relationship between the two. He began seeking out influential mentors, studying various concepts of human movement, recovery methods, and other unconventional holistic therapies to provoke positive change in the body and brain.
Garrett holds a undying passion for continuing to expand upon his current knowledge base, while helping develop an all encompassing meta-health lifestyle with his clients. This ultimately is a heightened mind-body connection and awareness that’s established and optimized through intentional and intelligent exercise.

Dylan’s passion for fitness started the summer he went into high school. His older brothers began training him for the upcoming football season and he was hooked. Before long he began exploring the depths of fitness, martial arts, and nutrition to become bigger, faster, stronger, and more skilled.
After suffering from a dislocated elbow and severe concussion in back to back football seasons, Dylan decided to pivot from his dream of playing college football and instead went on to take advantage of an academic scholarship to pursue fitness and wellness full time. He started studying the human physiology, sought out mentors, and began experimenting with unconventional fitness, meditation, and numerous other ways to enhance the brain and body.
Dylan’s focus now is utilizing his experience and knowledge to find out exactly what a client needs and creating a program to fill those needs as efficiently and effectively as possible, while maintaining a high energy, laid back, and positive training experience.
Dylan is passionate about sharing knowledge and helping develop a meta-health lifestyle with his clients. This ultimately is a heightened mind-body connection and awareness that’s established and optimized through intentional and intelligent exercise.
